Nightmare City 2: Midnight Guardians

THERE ARE DREAMS THAT COME TRUE.
SOME NIGHTMARES DO TOO...

In a city plunged into dreams, darkness lurks.

Annwn is Fern’s second home. An amazing world where Dreamers sleepwalk as dreams unfold around them. Along with her brother Ollie, Fern is now a guardian of the Dreamers and spends every night fulfilling her destiny.

Annwn is a fragile place. There are those who want to control and destroy it, and distrust and secrets abound. As the delicate balance between Annwn and our own world begins to crumble, tears begin to appear between the fabric of both. Fern and Ollie will have to do everything in their power to protect this place that has become so valuable to them. Danger lurks everywhere and if they don't arrive in time...

Humanity could enter a dream from which it will never awaken.

REVIEWS
«Wildly imaginative and with a spectacular combination of urban fantasy and Arthurian legend, Nightmare City will appeal to fans of Gaiman's Neverwhere or Schwab's A Darker Shade of Magic.»
Katharine Corr, author of A Throne of Swans

«A fantasy of overflowing imagination that offers a new twist on Arthurian legends and transports us to a world of wonders, mystery, and nightmarish dangers.»
Bex Hogan, author of the Isles of Storm and Sorrow series

«I loved it! I read it practically in one sitting, and considering I have two small children, that's not easy. However, I couldn't put it down. It kept me hooked from the first page to the last, and I love that it's a trilogy. I can't wait to read the next two books! Please don't delay.»
Menna Van Praag, author of The Sisters Grimm

«With lyrical prose, powerful political brushstrokes, and an epic creation of its imaginary world, Holly Race's Nightmare City is a unique and very graphic story of hope and belonging.»
Michelle Kenney, author of Book of Fire
