A realistic overview of the "new" world order and its rules of the game.

The so-called new world order, Chomsky tells us, is like the old one in a new disguise. How does this "world government" work to guarantee the universal dominance of rich nations (its basic rules remain the same: the weak are subjected to the force of law, while the powerful use the law of force); the principles of "economic rationality" are imposed on the poor, while the rich take advantage of the power and intervention of the state. Chomsky develops his reasoning through the concrete denunciation of events and situations, seen in a crude reality that the media silences or disguises.
