I was ready for anything but you

The important things in life are not taught, but once you learn them, you never forget them.

I have always believed that words are necessary to heal you. In this book, I have tried to pour all my experience and what I have learned from many people who have decided to share their wisdom with me: the secrets and energy that radiate from the yellow people I have met in my life.

I would like this book to be a first-aid kit of energetic breaths for many ailments and, above all, for the soul. I have written it with the hope that some of these breaths will awaken your enthusiasm, take you away from the problem you are currently facing, and bring you back to the path of joy if you are in that difficult moment of life. I also know that I want this book to be illustrated, to have beautiful drawings that will take you from one breath to another.
