Aristóteles, obras inmortales

The Jungle Book is a collection of short stories written by the English author Rudyard Kipling (1865 – 1936). The author uses fables as a literary device and creates stories of talking animals to teach moral lessons. The stories were written when Kipling lived in Vermont, United States, as a gift to his young daughter Josephine and were inspired by his native India, by the legends he heard in his childhood, and by the abundant fauna and flora of the landscapes in which he grew up.
