Trust. Live spontaneously and open to life

In this new book in the series "Keys to a New Way of Living," Osho speaks in depth about trust in all its aspects.

Trust does not mean naivety, positive thinking, or unfounded optimism. Authentic trust requires an authentic "yes." And to discover this authentic yes, we must have the courage to examine and shed all that is false. Osho has often spoken about the importance of doubt, of questioning, of seeing things as they are, not as others tell us they should be.

Trust is undoubtedly a greater value than love; love is implicit in it, but trust is not implicit in love. When you say, "I trust you," it is understood that you love. But when you say you love, trust has nothing to do with it. In fact, love can be very distrustful and generate fear of losing the person you love.

This new book includes a small section of simple meditation techniques and another of questions and answers about the nature of trust and what it really means in daily life.

«Trust is understanding that you are only a part, a note in a great symphony, a small wave in the ocean. Trust means following the totality, flowing with the totality, being in tune with the whole
