Harry Potter y el misterio del príncipe (Harry Potter 6)

At sixteen years of age, Harry begins his sixth year at Hogwarts amidst terrible events that are plaguing England. Chosen as Quidditch captain, training sessions, exams, and girls take up all his time, but the tranquility is short-lived. Despite the strict security controls protecting the school, two students are brutally attacked. Dumbledore knows that the moment, announced by the Prophecy, is approaching when Harry and Voldemort will face each other to the death: "The one with the power to vanquish the Dark Lord approaches... One of the two must die at the hand of the other, for neither can live while the other survives." The elderly headmaster will ask for Harry's help and together they will undertake dangerous journeys to try to weaken the enemy, for which the young wizard will count on the help of an old potions book belonging to a mysterious prince, someone who calls himself the Half-Blood Prince. In what is already clearly perceived as a magnum opus that, when finished, will have almost four thousand pages divided into seven parts, the author's ability to keep the reader in suspense with a highly thrilling plot built on a vast array of clues and hints that fit with total precision and coherence into an enormous literary puzzle is astonishing. Between the three versions and the two binding formats, a total of seven different editions of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince will be produced, with a combined print run that will widely exceed one million copies, a figure similar to the print run of the fifth installment. Aware of the importance that environmental preservation has gained in our society, and the exemplary value that the Harry Potter series represents for millions of children and young people, Ediciones Salamandra, in line with the wishes of the author, J.K. Rowling, will use in the production of Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince paper made with pulp that complies with FSC standards, with a minimum of 30 percent fiber that is absolutely respectful of the environment and sustainable forestry.
