A nervous breakdown. A panic attack in the middle of a sermon. Who would have thought that could happen to him? Such a respected man of faith, so sure of himself and his words. They’ve had to admit him to a psychiatric ward alongside all those fools he once despised: sinners, hypocrites, imperfect, sick… Among them is Max, a patient who will cause him much pain, but who will ultimately show him that sometimes God communicates through the least expected people. Forced to review his past and his own mistakes, the pastor must face the most difficult test if he wants to find Love and Grace, but will he be able to let go of the pain? Will he allow himself to heal?
The Sign explores the dangerous journey of human will through the darkest landscapes of despair and defeat, to allow itself to be guided by hope and achieve the redemption that is only found by surrendering to God and giving oneself to His Love.
