political liberalism

The political conception of justice by one of the most important political philosophers of the 20th century.
John Rawls is already a classic of moral and political philosophy of our time. In this book he proposes a "political conception of justice" that can be compatible with the plurality of religious, philosophical and moral doctrines that coexist in today's democracies. The author conceives the idea of justice not only from the perspective of great classical problems, such as equality and freedom, but in light of more current and pressing issues, such as democracy in business and in the labor market, justice among peoples, or the protection of natural resources. All these issues are addressed by Professor Rawls from a conception of justice that he postulates as the liberal principle of political legitimacy.
