Agnès Ledig found inspiration for her new novel in nature.

Surrounded by ancient trees, Édouard wonders what prompted him to leave his wife stranded at the train station and, without any premeditation, board a bus following in the footsteps of an unknown old woman. In a second, this change of course has shifted his entire life, so instead of preparing dinner with his partner, he now finds himself in a refuge in the middle of the Brocéliande forest.
