If I decide to stay

She has to make a choice: her family and New York, her boyfriend and her love for classical music.

Mia is seventeen, has an eight-year-old younger brother, a musician father, and the gift of playing the cello like an angel. Very soon she will audition to enter the prestigious Juilliard school in New York, and, if accepted, she will have to leave everything behind: her city, her family, her boyfriend, and her friends. Although the cello is her passion, the decision has been unsettling her for weeks.

One February morning, the city awakens under a blanket of snow and schools close. The young woman and her family take advantage of the unexpected break to go on a car excursion. It's a perfect day; they are relaxed, listening to music and chatting. But in an instant everything changes. A terrible accident leaves Mia badly injured in a hospital bed. While her body fights between life and death, the young woman must choose whether she wants to move forward.

And that decision is all that matters.
