Our dear witch Winnie and her cat Wilbur are invited to the party organized by her cousin Cuthbert. It will be a costume party and Winnie doesn't know what costume to wear. After much thought, she decides to become a pirate and her cat will transform into a parrot. As soon as she arrives at the party, she meets other children dressed as pirates and they all decide to embark on an adventure.
