WHAT IF YOU DISCOVERED YOUR FATHER WAS A GOD?

NEIL GAIMAN RETURNS TO THE TERRITORY OF HIS GREAT MASTERPIECE AMERICAN GODS IN THIS WONDERFUL NOVEL.

Fat Charlie's father, and the author of such a nickname, has died. Charlie travels to Florida to attend the funeral and there discovers he has a brother who is as different from him as night from day; a brother who only wants to teach him to relax and have some fun, just like the old man.

And what happens is that Charlie's father was not just anyone: he was actually Anansi, the African god of trickery, the spider-god. Suddenly, Charlie's boring life will take a turn and begin to be interesting.
