The boy in the snow

Suspense in the best tradition of Scandinavian crime fiction in a new and addictive novel by the acclaimed author of I'm Traveling Alone.

"Bjørk's best book yet."
Verdens Gang

Winter 1999. A man returns home. It's dark, cold, and his car drives along a lonely road. Suddenly, the headlights illuminate something that looks like an animal. The man slams on the brakes. In front of the vehicle, he finds a child in shock, almost frozen. On his head, he wears deer antlers.

Fourteen years later, a woman is brutally murdered in a mountain lake. Within three weeks, three people have died. On each occasion, the criminal has left a clue inviting investigators Holger Munch and Mia Krüger into a deadly game. A race against time begins against the most dangerous and terrifying type of serial killer: the one who chooses his victims completely at random.

Critics have said:
